Head Barista

Your Day to Day

• Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional manner

  
  

• Supervise, train and support barista team members.

  
  

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and specialty beverages to Treat café standard.

  
  

• Monitor quality, presentation and consistency of drinks.

  
  

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and tea beverages according to brand standards

  
  

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, and menu offerings

  
  

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the barista station at all times

  
  

• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately

  
  

• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment of supplies

  
  

• Comply with hotel policies, HACCP standards, and health & safety regulations

  
  

• Support the team during peak service periods and special events

  
  

What we need from you:

• Previous experience as a Head / Barista in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment is preferred

  
  

• Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation techniques

  
  

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  
  

• A positive attitude with a passion for customer service

  
  

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

  
  

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
