Job Overview:
Join our CureConnect team as an Associate EDI Application Executive – within the wider scope of the company’s processes, they are at their core a nexus between the clients and the insurance providers in the US. The CureConnect team plays a significant role in cleansing the data before external dispersion, ensuring secure file transfers, coordinating data and claims submissions, identifying and proactively supporting the enhancement of the CureConnect portal, analyzing and researching on the policies, rules, and libraries for these electronic data interchanges in the US healthcare industry, and take upon and support the crucial role played by external clearinghouses. All projects managed by the billing teams and Revenue Cycle Management teams are coordinated by the members of the CureConnect team, making this team one of the most critical fragments of the whole business operation.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify areas for improvement in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and implement enhancements.
Develop and refine data cleansing procedures in coordination with relevant departments.
Analyze existing EDI workflows to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with the development team to address any issues and support system enhancements.
Validate and ensure the effectiveness of software updates and configurations.
Research insurance claims data rules and updates documentation accordingly.
Maintain thorough records of EDI processes, changes, and updates.
Document findings and recommendations from process analysis and reviews.
Create clear and detailed project documentation to support process improvements, system changes, and stakeholder communications.
Work closely with the development team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure EDI processes align with company goals.
Communicate with internal teams to gather feedback and coordinate improvements.
Support cross-departmental projects and initiatives to enhance EDI operations and meet business objectives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s from a reputable institution.
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, business, computer engineering, computer sciences, IT, or relevant fields.
Minimum 0 – 1 years of experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, preferably with experience of client communication, business and technical writing, and electronic data interchange.
Ability to work in the US shift, as well as, US-Pakistan hybrid shift (rotation after two months).
