Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teams to design user-centric solutions.
Assist in creating research boards, user personas, and journey maps.
Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
Differentiate and effectively apply principles of UI (User Interface) and UX (User Experience) design.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that align with project goals.
Document design processes, incorporate feedback, and refine designs iteratively.
Conduct research to stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.
RequirementsUIUX Designer with 1 year of experience.
Minimum Skillset Requirements:
Design Thinking: A solid understanding of the design thinking process, including problem identification, ideation, and prototyping.
UI/UX Basics: Knowledge of foundational UI/UX principles and the ability to distinguish between the two.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Design Systems: Basic knowledge of creating and maintaining design systems.
Research Abilities: Ability to conduct user research, gather insights, and create research artifacts.
Collaboration: Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Documentation: Skill in creating and maintaining design documentation to ensure transparency and alignment.
Feedback Incorporation: Open to constructive feedback and capable of iterating designs accordingly.
Trend Awareness: A keen interest in emerging design trends, tools, and techniques.
