Inviting applications for the role of Consultant – ServiceNow Developer
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and integrations that support IT Service Management (ITSM) and enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience within the ServiceNow platform and a solid understanding of ITIL-based processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules
• Configure and enhance ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
• Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and workflows/Flow Designer
• Create and manage ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server
• Customize Service Portal and UI components
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
• Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Support platform upgrades and patching activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and best practices

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ITSM modules and CMDB
• Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools:
o Business Rules
o Client Scripts
o UI Policies / UI Actions
o Flow Designer / Workflows
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with additional ServiceNow modules:
o ITOM
o HRSD
o CSM
o SecOps
• Experience with Service Portal or Now Experience UI Framework
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum environments
• Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ITIL Foundation
