Key Responsibilities:


  • Implement, manage, and enhance the CRM system to ensure optimal performance and usage.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the CRM data through regular audits and cleansing.
  • Provide training and support to users on how to effectively use the CRM tools and features.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to ensure CRM functionality aligns with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for increasing user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Generate and analyze reports to monitor CRM usage and effectiveness, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Work with the marketing team to integrate marketing automation and lead nurturing processes with the CRM.
  • Ensure CRM practices comply with data protection laws and company policies.
  • Manage CRM-related projects from conception to implementation, including integration with other systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a CRM Manager or similar role, preferably in a business development or sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, ideally with certifications in CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho Bigin).
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations relevant to CRM usage.
