Enhance development workflows and implement process improvements.
Ensure high-quality technical output from the team, balancing innovative solutions with practical trade-offs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers and project managers, on roadmap execution.
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Demonstrated experience in people management and team development.
In-depth knowledge of software engineering principles and design practices.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
