About the Role Build and deploy high-accuracy (>90%) visual processing systems for housekeeping quality control and guest entry/exit management using open source YOLO and VLM models.

com Essential Experience: 3+ years building real-world visual classification systems with proven production results 2-3 years Python development 2-3 years computer vision in production environments YOLO object detection, image classification, video/image processing VLM experience and fine-tuning Experience with messy real-world data Proficiency with Cursor or similar AI dev environments Work Environment: Startup culture, small company environment Daily 4-hour on-camera team meetings (8am-12pm CST) Minimum 40 hours/week; substantially more hours expected for velocity and quality
