The role

We are seeking an experienced Inspector Civil to join our team for a hydropower project. This role involves on-site inspection, monitoring, and quality assurance of civil works. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to project designs, specifications, and safety standards while supporting smooth execution.

• Conduct inspections of civil construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and report any deviations from design, specifications, or schedules.
• Assist in resolving on-site technical issues and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to provide inputs on project improvements.
• Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed at all times.

With a track record of achievement in a related role, you will have gained your experience in a consultancy environment and have a passion for building trusted relationships to drive positive change and win new work.

Suitable applicants will have/be:

• Tertiary qualifications or a related discipline (e.g. Diploma in Civil Engineering)
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction supervision or inspection, preferably in hydropower or infrastructure projects.
