You‘ll make an impact by:


  • Identify and prospect potential clients for service offerings through effective market research and lead generation.
  • Developing business by consulting with customers to determine needs, and deliver solutions based on the products Siemens Digital Industries offers.
  • Introducing customers to new technologies and product solutions
  • Maintaining a high level of application and product expertise.
  • Increasing customer base, increasing business volume.
  • Frequent visits to customers and potential customers.

Your success is grounded in


  • B.E Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation.
  • At least 05 to 06 years of working experience.
  • Knowledge of Industrial Automation & Control Systems including PLC, RIO, HMI, SCADA & Industrial PCs (Siemens experience a plus).
  • Knowledge of Low voltage AC/DC VFD, Servo VFDs. (Siemens experience a plus).
  • Candidate should be effective communicator with analytical and technical skills, self starter with good team working skills and ownership.
  • Candidate should willing to travel as per business requirement within the assigned area.
  • Effective listening, communication, presentation and negotiation skills necessary to identify customer needs, present solutions and product recommendations and close orders.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets by effectively presenting and selling services.
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals if necessary.
  • Constantly update and maintain customer database and sales pipelines.
