MW Integration Engineer

We are hiring for one of our telecom clients, a leading organisation managing large-scale microwave networks, seeking experienced field engineers for installation, commissioning, and performance optimisation.

• Electrical / Electronic or Telecom Engineer

  
  

• Strong hands-on experience with Telecom Equipment RTN900/300 series and full outdoor installation & commissioning

  
  

• Ability to monitor network performance, analyse transmission statistics, and implement necessary optimisations or improvements

  
  

• Experience with U2000/NCE

  
  

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Microwave Delivery as a Field Engineer

  
  

• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills

  
  

• Ability to guide the field team in resolving microwave installation issues

  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics, or Computer Science
