Operations Executive

We are hiring an Operations Executive for a BPO providing IT Hardware services to the UK market. The role involves managing warehouse inventory, tracking shipments, coordinating with international courier services, and dealing with clients to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

• Track and monitor local and international shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

  
  

• Manage IT hardware stock and warehouse inventory, including receiving, dispatch, and stock reconciliation.

  
  

• Coordinate with international courier companies such as FedEx and DHL for shipments and issue resolution.

  
  

• Maintain accurate inventory records, shipment logs, and operational reports.

  
  

• Liaise with UK/international suppliers and vendors for smooth supply chain operations.

  
  

• Communicate with clients regarding shipment status, inventory availability, and order updates.

  
  

• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and international shipping standards.

  
  

• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, delays, or operational risks proactively.

  
  

• Strong knowledge of UK or International Market supply chain operations.

  
  

• Hands-on experience in IT stock and inventory management.

  
  

• Familiarity with international courier handling and shipment tracking.

  
  

• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
