Operations Specialist

We are building a digital insurance platform that ensures small businesses have the right coverage for all their insurance needs at the lowest cost, not just when they purchase, but every year. We recently completed a $22M Series A funding, and looking for energetic, dynamic, growth-minded individuals to join our team!
What's the role?
In this position, youll work with our operations team on a variety of data-driven projects, including generating quotes and onboarding our new customers, all while making top-of-market pay!
Success in this role is measured by being extremely process-oriented, methodical, organized, and comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and relevant tools.
This position is full-time and long-term.

• • Owning the successful completion of operations projects.

• • Fluency in English speaking
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar qualification.
  • Fresh to 2 years of experience (preferably in a high-growth startup).
  • You have an eye for detail and you're methodical with your work.
  • You're well-organized and process-oriented.
  • Competency in using word processing, spreadsheet, and voice call software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong recruitment-related intuition.
  • Experience working at a startup and in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • You're a team player, but also able to work independently.
  • You're tech-savvy.
