About the Role:
We are seeking a Principal Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance Python-based systems and RESTful APIs. The role involves mentoring developers, leading complex projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions in an Industry 4.0 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain Python applications and RESTful APIs.

  
  

• Lead and mentor junior and senior developers.

  
  

• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through reviews and best practices.

  
  

• Take end-to-end ownership of features, from design to deployment.

  
  

• Improve CI/CD pipelines, system architecture, and processes.

  
  

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of Python development experience (Django, Flask, FastAPI).

  
  

• Strong backend, REST API, and PostgreSQL skills.

  
  

• Experience in Linux, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

  
  

• Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
