About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a solid background in PHP/Laravel, React JS, and React Native, in each of the two full-stack roles, Web and Mobile.

What You Will Do:

• Design and build scalable PHP (Laravel) services & REST APIs (versioned, secure, observable).
  

  
  

• In Full-stack Web role: Develop modern React.js Web apps (hooks, state mgmt with Context/Redux/Zustand, code-splitting, accessibility, UI frameworks like Tailwind/Material U).
  

  
  

• In Full-stack Mobile role: Build and enhance React Native apps (release processes, native modules fundamentals, performance profiling, navigation, offline patterns, release pipelines, notifications).
  

  
  

• Implement testing (unit/integration/E2E), enforce code reviews, and uphold clean-code standards.
  

  
  

• Use caching, queues, and event-driven patterns where appropriate (e.g., Redis/SQS).
  

  
  

• Collaborate with Product/Design and mentor engineers; contribute to architecture & standards.
  

  
  

What We Are Looking For:

• An experience of 5-10 years of delivering end-to-end production systems professionally 
  

  
  

• Strong knowledge of backend architecture (queues, events, caching, APIs).
  

  
  

• Strong PHP/Laravel expertise (routing, ORM, queues, events, caching, testing).
  

  
  

• SQL expertise with PostgreSQL (schema design, optimization).
  

  
  

• Advanced React.js experience (hooks, state mgmt with Context/Redux/Zustand, code-splitting, accessibility, UI frameworks like Tailwind/Material UI)
  

  
  

• Solid React Native experience (release processes, native modules fundamentals, performance profiling, navigation, offline patterns, release pipelines, notifications).
  

  
  

• Proven track record with testing, code quality, and secure API development.
  

  
  

• Performance tuning across the stack (API latency, DB bottlenecks, frontend rendering).
  

  
  

• Excellent english communication; experience mentoring and doing thoughtful code reviews.
  

  
  

• An experience of 3 years in supply chain, logistics, dispatch, trucking and road freight industry is preferred.
  

  
  

• TypeScript across web/mobile/back end; GraphQL; WebSockets/real-time is preferred.
