Senior program Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives and manage complex programs across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), data visualization platforms (Kibana, Grafana, Looker, Power BI), and proven experience in driving delivery excellence, stakeholder communication, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management & Delivery
  • Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple projects ensuring timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for leadership visibility.
• Agile & Collaboration Tools
  • Manage workflows and dashboards in Jira for sprint planning, backlog management, and progress tracking.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories in Confluence for transparency and collaboration.
• Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Design and maintain program dashboards using Kibana, Grafana, Looker, and Power BI for real-time insights.
  • Analyze KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to improve delivery performance.
• Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, retrospectives, and decision-making forums.
• Risk & Compliance
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Jira and Confluence for Agile program management.
• Hands-on expertise in Kibana, Grafana, Looker, and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Program Management with exposure to technology-driven programs.
• Certification in PMP, SAFe, or Agile (preferred).

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in cloud-based environments and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with OKRs and value stream management.
• Exposure to data-driven decision-making frameworks.
