Confiz is looking to hire aSenior SEO Executive responsible for corporate communication, content and campaigns, and digital presence/initiatives. The candidate will be expected to work autonomously, with limited supervision, and interactively with other team members, demonstrating a commitment to shared goals and a willingness to take the initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of the business goals and the role of SEO in achieving results.
- Build a roadmap aligned with the overall business goals of business units.
- Understand user persona, search intent, and how people search for our offerings.
- Grow organic traffic through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
- Create an effective URL structure to support multi-service and multi-regional aspects of the business
- Develop and execute optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
- Develop and execute optimization strategy to create a mobile responsive site with high speed, small in size, and the text/visuals are in line and aesthetically appealing and trendy
- Research in-depth SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
- Develop and implement a link-building strategy
- Research and analyze competitor strategies, performance, and advertising links
- Have a data-driven approach to all the content on the web page. Test images, CTAs, content, and anything on the webpage, audit performance, and recommend changes based on data
- Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
- Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and programming
- Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices, such as schemas and keyword density, are correctly implemented on the website
- Own strategy and execution for lead generation, measured against quantifiable metrics, such as traffic, bounce rate, and avg. session length, and MQLs/ SQLs
- Regularly audit site content and optimize old essential content to maintain rankings
Requirements:
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns, ideally in the B2B IT Industry (preferably in Dynamics & Bespoke)
- In-depth understanding of key SEO and digital marketing metrics and recognizing how they impact the business
- Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO
- Experience in handling multi-regional sites
- In-depth experience with Google Analytics, Google tag manager, Google data studio, Ahref/ SEMrush, Google Optimize, and Google search console
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
- Knowledge of keyword research, data mining, and indexing toolset the
- Able to complete keywords and competitive analysis of other companies within the industry
- Comfortable analyzing high volumes of data daily, being able to make inferences and visually represent the data
