Job Description:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop & implement comprehensive social media ad strategies for Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads targeting various industries.
  • Ad Creation & Management: Write compelling ad copy, design engaging visuals, and optimize landing pages. Manage budgets and ad sets for optimal resource allocation.
  • Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Use platform-specific targeting tools to reach ideal audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor campaigns, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI), and optimize performance through A/B testing and continuous refinement.
  • Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop lead generation strategies, collaborate with sales teams for nurturing and conversion.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance, provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest advertising trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Collaboration with Creative & Sales Teams: Work with creative teams for ad visuals and messaging; ensure alignment with sales objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: 2+ years of social media advertising experience, especially in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Ads, ideally in web design or digital services.
  • Strong Knowledge of Ad Platforms: Expertise in Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad management tools.
  • Lead Generation Expertise: Experience in driving high-quality leads for service-based businesses with a focus on conversion.
  • Creative & Analytical Skills: Strong ad copywriting & visual creation, combined with data-driven optimization of campaigns.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for ad copy and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Web Design & Development: Basic understanding of web design and development services.
  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively with attention to detail.
