Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and integrate new features.
Monitor bot performance, analyze logs, and suggest improvements to streamline processes.
Document updates, changes, and best practices for future reference and continuity.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in software development, with a focus on bot development or maintenance.
