We are currently seeking a Software Development Senior Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

LEAP Agiloft Consultant

The LEAP Agiloft Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing contract lifecycle management (CLM) solutions using Agiloft, with a strong focus on LEAP (Legal Entity Automation Platform / Legal Enablement & Automation Program) initiatives. The consultant partners with legal, procurement, compliance, and IT stakeholders to automate contract processes, improve governance, and deliver scalable, compliant legal solutions.

• Lead end‑to‑end Agiloft CLM implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure Agiloft modules including:
  • Contract types & workflows
  • Clause libraries & templates
  • Approval matrices & business rules
  • Notifications, dashboards, and reports
• Customize Agiloft using no‑code/low‑code features (expressions, rules, workflows)

• Translate LEAP program goals into scalable Agiloft automation solutions
• Support legal transformation initiatives focused on:
  • Contract standardization
  • Process optimization
  • Risk and compliance automation
• Enable self‑service contracting and legal intake workflows aligned to LEAP principles

• Design and support integrations between Agiloft and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, e‑signature tools)
• Lead data migration from legacy contract repositories
• Ensure data quality, security, and audit readiness

• Work closely with Legal, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and IT teams
• Facilitate workshops, demos, and user training sessions
• Act as a trusted advisor on CLM best practices and legal tech adoption

• Create test scenarios, conduct UAT, and resolve defects
• Provide post‑go‑live support and continuous improvement recommendations
• Prepare documentation: configuration guides, SOPs, and training materials
