Job Overview: As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, implementation, and management of IT systems for our clients.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that client solutions are integrated effectively.
This position can be based either remotely or in our Milpitas office, depending on your preference.
Your responsibilities include: Deploying and maintaining on-premises and cloud-based systems Managing system integrations and workflows Monitoring system performance and performing troubleshooting as needed Providing technical support to clients and managing client relationships 7+ years of experience in systems engineering or administration in an MSP environment In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and networking protocols Proficiency in cloud technologies, specifically AWS and Microsoft Azure Experience managing VMware environments and enterprise storage solutions Strong understanding of backup and recovery solutions, particularly Veeam Familiarity with Office 365 and G Suite administration Experience with server operating systems (Windows and Linux) Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
