Role

10Pearls is seeking a Technical Content Strategist with deep expertise in technical communication, SEO, AEO, and LLM‑aware content strategy to elevate the discoverability, clarity, and authority of our documentation and thought‑leadership assets. This role blends strategic content architecture with hands‑on writing, close collaboration with engineering and marketing teams, and a strong focus on maintaining brand tone while ensuring technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality technical documentation including API guides, product manuals, release notes, FAQs, and knowledge-based articles.
• Write search-optimized and AI-discoverable content such as technical blogs, product pages, and feature explainers.
• Conduct keyword, entity, and intent research aligned to SEO and AEO objectives.
• Structure content for AI readability using clear hierarchies, semantic markup, FAQs, summaries, and authoritative referencing.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to ensure technical accuracy and contextual depth.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect evolving product capabilities and user needs.
• Develop documentation standards and frameworks that support machine interpretability and citation likelihood.
• Analyze performance using SEO, AI visibility, and analytics tools to improve reach, ranking, and engagement.
• Ensure consistency in tone, clarity, credibility signals, and brand authority across technical and marketing content.
• Support product launches with structured documentation designed for both human users and AI retrieval models.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Writer, Content Writer, or similar role in a technology environment.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, semantic search, and content structuring for AI consumption.
• Ability to perform research beyond keywords including topic modeling, entity mapping, and knowledge-gap identification.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with emphasis on clarity, authority, and contextual completeness.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical material into accessible and structured narratives.
• Familiarity with SEO and research tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA, GSC, or similar).
• Awareness of how LLMs interpret content structure, formatting, and authoritative signals.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or related field (preferred).
