Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Thumbnail Designer to craft engaging and visually appealing thumbnails for our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, a keen understanding of audience behavior, and the ability to create thumbnails that boost engagement and click-through rates (CTR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Concept Development: Analyze video content and target audience to create thumbnails aligned with branding and viewer preferences.
• Design Creation: Produce visually striking thumbnails using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, incorporating minimalistic and consistent design principles.
• Collaboration: Work with the content team to refine layouts, receive feedback, and ensure designs meet quality standards.
• Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive aesthetic that reflects the channels identity and resonates with viewers.

Requirements:

• 1+ yrs of experience designing YouTube thumbnails or similar content (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in graphic design tools and knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.

• Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.

  
  

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

  
  

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in YouTube or digital media design.

  
  
• Familiarity with audience engagement metrics like CTR and impressions.

Work Mode: Onsite - Part-Time

Location: DHA, Lahore

Experience: 1+ years

Days: Monday to Friday (10-20 hours a week)

Compensation: Pay per thumbnail
