Voice Bot Developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Voice Bot Developer to design, build, and optimize our AI-driven voice interaction systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of sophisticated voice bot flows, integrating advanced TTS/STT technologies, and connecting with various backend systems. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong foundation in conversational AI and Python development, capable of working independently to create seamless and intelligent voice experiences.

Responsibilities :

• As a voice Bot developer, create voice Bot flows with the given design by choosing the right 
• TTS/STT or STS platforms .
• Integrate with in-house or third-party systems through Api's.
• Working on the development of core voice Bot.

Requirements : 

• Design , test, and develop AI driven NLU/conversation AI projects through voice Bot.
• Ability to integrate TTS (text to speech) and STT(speech to text)
• Ability to work on NLU(natural language understanding) and ASR(automatic speech recognition)
• Ability to develop call flows that communicate to platforms across using SIP protocol.
• Knowledge of network elements like TCP, SIP and cloud-based hosting.
• Proficiency in python.
• Experience with API’s and database development.
• Good to have ML knowledge.
