Key Responsibilities

  • Food Safety Protocols:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive food safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000).
  • Inspections and Audits:
  • Conduct regular food safety inspections and audits.
  • Monitor food storage, handling, and preparation practices.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential food safety risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Training and Education:
  • Provide training and education to staff on food safety practices and standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare regular reports on food safety performance, inspections, and initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

المهارات

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

·         Experience: Minimum of 8 years in food safety management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

·         Skills and Competencies: Food safety protocols, team management, communication, risk assessment.

 

Qualifications

·         Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.

·         Certifications: Relevant professional certifications (e.g., HACCP, FSSC 22000).
