  • Fit-out and interior works experience.
  • To design, plan, and oversee construction projects from concept to completion.

  • Prepare architectural designs, drawings, layouts, and specification.
  • Develop project concepts in line with client requirements and budge.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and authorities.
  • Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and samples.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design compliance.
  • Ensure projects comply with local building codes and regulations.
