The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, be skilled in data analysis, and have the ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve customer satisfaction goals.Key responsibilities Design and optimize customer journeys to ensure a seamless experience from lead generation to post-sales support.Develop data-driven strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and overall satisfaction, tailored to the unique demands of the automotive market.Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data, identify trends, and create targeted marketing campaigns for specific customer segments.Work closely with sales teams to enhance lead conversion rates through personalized engagement strategies.Lead, mentor, and guide the CRM team to drive consistent performance and align CRM efforts with business objectives.Track key CRM metrics and generate actionable insights to drive continuous improvements in customer service and engagement.
