You will manage the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.
You will be preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds and licenses to achieve formal execution by appropriate parties.
You will prepare costing associated with design changes, contract awards, construction activities and client charges, and present these to clients.

You will use problem solving and analytical skills for resolving contract and procurement issues within the consultancy practice.
You’ll be responsible for:
Managing the development and strategic management of digital delivery, encompassing BIM, CAD, GIS, CDE, digital solutions, and data management.
Creating and overseeing the organisation’s digital roadmap.
Being proficient in BIM and digital delivery methodologies.
Developing and implementing organization-wide digital guidelines, processes, and standards.
Improving automation tools, software, and workflows.
Creating discipline-specific BIM models at project initiation.
Developing project-specific BIM standards.
Setting up and managing drawings production processes.
Managing design clash detention processes.
Ensuring efficient coordination of BIM models and data.
Ensuring design consultant adheres to client's BIM requirements.
Supporting client's stakeholder training and understanding of client's BIM information based on operation needs.
Leverage the latest construction digital technology to a construction team from all project stakeholders.
Chairing BIM meetings with project stakeholders.
Managing BIM-related escalation procedure.
You’ll need to have:
A relevant degree qualification. Recognised degree in architecture, civil engineering or other directly related building construction programs with a major in BIM technology/digital design and industry knowledge in multiple project disciplines and coordination processes.
Extensive experience in building projects with BIM, graphics, 3D Modelling, GIS and asset inventory experience and shall have relevant proficiency in proposed BIM authoring and coordination software.
You’ll need also:
Professional membership or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
