We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our exclusive luxury textiles boutique in Doha. Representing a brand with over 40 years of excellence, you will oversee the daily operations, drive sales, and ensure an exceptional customer experience that reflects our commitment to quality and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow client relationships. Manage and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer service. Cultivate relationships with high-profile clients, including Gulf royalty and elite clientele. Maintain impeccable visual merchandising that highlights our luxury fabrics. Monitor inventory, analyse sales trends, and prepare performance reports. Coordinate with international suppliers to ensure the boutique showcases the finest textiles.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in luxury retail or high-end textiles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Exceptional interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus. Passion for luxury design and a keen eye for detail.
