Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas according to established standards.

  
  

• Change linens, make beds, and restock room supplies.

  
  

• Vacuum carpets, sweep/mop floors, dust surfaces, and clean windows.

  
  

• Dispose of trash and recyclables in a safe and sanitary manner.

  
  

• Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to the supervisor.

  
  

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies; ensure proper storage and usage.

  
  

• Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times.

  
  

• Respond promptly and politely to customer or guest requests.

  
  

• Adhere to confidentiality and privacy guidelines, especially in residential or hotel environments.

  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

  
  

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.

  
  

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

  
  

• Good physical stamina; able to stand, lift, bend, and move for extended periods.
