The Kids Club Attendant is responsible to provide a safe, engaging, and fun environment for children to enjoy recreational activities and entertainment. They facilitate age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities while ensuring the well-being and supervision of children under their care. Additionally, Kids Club Attendants strive to create memorable experiences for young guests, promoting family-friendly leisure offerings within the establishment.
Supervise and monitor children participating in Kids Club activities to ensure their safety and well-being.
Plan, organize, and facilitate age-appropriate recreational activities, games, crafts, and entertainment for children.
Engage with children in a positive and interactive manner, encouraging participation and fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Kids Club area, including cleaning toys, equipment, and play areas regularly.
Ensure compliance with Kids Club policies and safety guidelines, including checking children in and out, verifying parent/guardian information, and enforcing Kids Club rules.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding Kids Club activities, schedules, and any concerns or issues related to their children.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as record-keeping, activity planning, and inventory management, to support efficient Kids Club operations.
Provide exceptional customer service to children and their families, addressing their needs, inquiries, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with other Kids Club staff members and departments to coordinate activities, resources, and special events.
Understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate activities to create engaging and stimulating experiences for children.
Knowledge of safety protocols and first aid procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of children participating in Kids Club activities.
Effective communication skills to interact with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues, conveying instructions, information, and feedback in a clear and positive manner.
Ability to plan and organize a variety of recreational activities, games, and crafts that are engaging, educational, and suitable for different age groups.
Patience to handle children's varying needs, behaviors, and personalities, along with adaptability to adjust activities and approaches based on the preferences and interests of children.
Minimum 3 year(s) working experience, 2 year(s) relevant working experience, 2 year (s) GCC is a plus
