Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and partner merchants to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any delivery issues, escalating as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business, or a related field.
