You'll oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.
Development of press releases, newsletters, website content, and other communication materials.
Engage with key partners, sponsors, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and impact.
Manage content strategy and production, ensuring that all materials are engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand voice.

The role reports to Director - Sales & Marketing
Who we're looking for
- 6 years + progressive experience as DOM or ADOM - Essential
- Experience with luxury top end hotel / wellbeing brands 5 Star +- Essential
- Experience working within GCC/ Qatar markets and other International destinations - Essential
- Strategic thinker who is able to 'pivot' at last minute and create contingency plans - Essential
- Track record of success in previous roles where you have positioned your properties in the market that have really captured attention and increased footfall - Essential
- Experience working within an upmarket health / wellbeing driven operation - Essential
- Arabic speaker - Essential
- Excellent Presentation, Organisational & Leadership skills
- Degree in Marketing or BA - Desirable
- Creative thinker with brand awareness skills - Essential
- Ability to write, compile & present compelling & engaging material - Essential
- Pre-launch of a brand / concept - Desirable
