What’s the job? 
As Restaurant Manager, you are responsible to manage Flavours on Two. The priorities are to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality service while meeting / exceeding financial goals.Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value – Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together. 


Your day-to-day


  • Responsible for the timely set up of the assigned Food & Beverage outlet, according to the meal settings and in line with the opening hours
  • Preparing schedules for all employees according to the forecast and within the limits of the staffing guide to ensure adequate manpower at all times
  • Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
  • Evaluating the performance of the assigned team and initiate internal development and promotions
  • Maintaining a professional and friendly relationship with the outlet patrons
  • Establishing and updating the outlet’s database of regular guests
  • Touring the outlet and all related areas frequently, ensuring the highest possible cleanliness and maintenance standards
  • Being actively involved in the outlets promotional activities.

What we need from you


  • Strong executive leadership and operational management experience in the field. 
  • Excellent strategic planning, financial acumen, and performance management skills. 
  • Proven ability to drive service excellence and guest satisfaction at a senior leadership level. 
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills. 
  • Strong knowledge of Qatar hospitality regulations, compliance, and cultural considerations. 
  • Results-driven, resilient, and composed under pressure with a hands-on leadership approach. 
  • Holding a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or in a related field. 
  • Extensive management experience in luxury hotel operations. 
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
