Job Title: Senior Architectural Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering

  
  

• Professional certification preferred (equivalent to local Grade A or recognised accreditation)

  
  

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in large buildings, infrastructure, or civil projects

  
  

• Knowledge of international engineering standards and best practices

  
  

• Proven experience managing time, cost, and quality in engineering projects across multiple projects

  
  

• Strong communication and presentation skills; fluent in English

  
  

• Proficient in modern design software, including BIM

  
  

• Ability to resolve technical challenges within own discipline and related engineering areas

  
  

• Strong prioritisation and time management skills to meet deadlines alongside urgent tasks

  
  

• Experience coordinating teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

  
  

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality technical engineering services within your discipline

  
  

• Conduct concept definition, engineering studies, design, and preparation of engineering documents according to approved standards and procedures

  
  

• Review, verify, and sign-off technical designs and bids to ensure compliance with standards

  
  

• Provide timely technical support to meet project requirements

  
  

• Advise and support on engineering matters throughout all stages of projects

  
  

• Plan and coordinate activities of engineering teams to provide technical services to project execution teams, including reviewing execution strategies

  
  

• Support management of discipline standards and participate in technical assurance and standardisation activities

  
  

• Approve or endorse technical deviations, waivers, or variations to guidelines, codes, and standards

  
  

• Ensure implementation of applicable environmental, process, and safety technical policies

  
  

• Support development of competencies and skills within the discipline, including structured training for junior engineers
