    • candidates with 5-10 years of experience in senior HR officer positions,
    • particularly those with a background in training and development as per job description duties
    Description
    • Manage and lead the creation, review, and updates on existing Job descriptions.
    • Lead HR operational activities to ensure timely provision of HR procedures and processes, prioritizing according to the needs and risks.
    • Ensure the accuracy of data in the HRMS relating to records management, leave, payroll, medical and other HR duties are coordinated and executed within expected standards.
    • Assist in updating department risk register and risk assessment activities.
    • Ensure the delivery of all aspects of HR services within agreed SLAs and regularly provide reports and matrices on department performance and milestones.
    • Manage all offboarding full cycle formalities for all employees.
    • Conducts exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address concerns.
    • Raises HR-related issues with line managers in a proactive and diplomatic fashion, identifying practical solutions and appropriate action plans.
    • Conduct periodic internal audits on department activities to ensure compliance.
    • Be proactive in identifying issues, themes and patterns affecting the employees’ health and welfare, including sexual harassment and abuse of authority.
    • Manage & lead the management initiatives for an inclusive, positive, and prospering culture.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
