Senior Project Manager - DOH01IH

Primary Location



: QAT-DW-Doha Ensures project work and team activities meet all health, safety, environmental, and security requirements. To plan, co-ordinate and manage the design, procurement, construction and commissioning of assigned projects, including taking a leadership role in the preparation of proposals. Develop resource & financial requirements from the project plan. Work with project managers/project engineers to ensure all projects are set up and executed in full compliance with all the requirements of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and General Management System (EMS) using consistent approaches, Work Breakdown Structures, work methodologies and reporting systems Education – Qualifications, Accreditation, Training : · Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements. IT Skills : People Skills : · Highly effective people management skills such as leadership, team, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills. Must be able to build, motivate, develop and manage an effective team. · Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an accredited university
· MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period.
· Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or undertaking the same will be an advantage

· Demonstrate behaviour and business practices commensurate with a culture of world’s best health, safety and environmental performance.
· Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to:

2.healthy and safe workplaces and activities; and
3.Continuously improve Worley health, safety and environmental performance.
4.Identify and report work hazards and incidents.
