Could you be the full-time onsite System Engineer in Doha, Qatar we’re looking for?
Your future role
"Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive systems engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, collaborative, and innovative teammates. You'll support and assist the PrEM and T&C Manager on the Lusail LRT project, making a significant impact on our engineering processes and outcomes. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as System Managers, Interface Managers, Configuration and Requirement Engineers, and Subsystems Technical Managers), lead the Software Configuration process for the LRT Project, and much more."
We’ll look to you for:
Completing all assigned tasks as delegated by the PrEM,
Providing project engineering support and/or coordinating assigned tasks,
Supporting coordination of internal and external claims and technical issues,
Leading the Software Configuration process for the LRT Project,
Managing test logistics, coordination, and arrangement,
Assessing the test results, including anomaly follow-up,
Developing detailed schedules in line with the Project Development Organization,
Analyzing and managing interfaces between System Engineering entities, subsystems, partners, clients, and stakeholders,
Producing regular progress reports and updated schedules, proposing recovery strategies as needed,
Participating in Engineering schedule coordination meetings and schedule review meetings with the project planning manager

Degree in Engineering or a related field,
Experience or understanding of system engineering principles and practices,
Knowledge of project management and scheduling tools,
Familiarity with software configuration processes,
Excellent communication and coordination skills,
Ability to analyze critical paths, float analysis, and S-curves in project scheduling,
Experience with technical documentation and reporting,
Proven capability to work within a multi-disciplinary team,
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic environments,
Leadership qualities to support and lead project engineering activities
