Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

• Analyze project requirements and create telecom site designs and supporting technical documents
  

  
  

• Perform engineering calculations and basic static assessments for towers, rooftops, and fiber installations
  

  
  

• Collaborate with detailers to translate technical specifications into buildable plans
  

  
  

• Participate in engineering reviews, quality checks, and coordination with cross-functional teams
  

  
  

• Adapt plans based on market-specific standards (Germany, UK) and client-specific planning guidelines
  

  
  

• Engage with clients, project managers, and site technicians to clarify technical issues and support site execution
  

  
  

• Support documentation and continuous improvement of engineering processes and templates
  

  
  

• Remain up to date on technical norms, material specifications, and structural regulations relevant to telecom infrastructure
  

  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Electrical
  

  
  

• Engineering, or related field
  

  
  

• 0–15 years of experience in telecom, construction, infrastructure, or industrial engineering
  

  
  

• Familiarity with telecom infrastructure (towers, rooftop sites, fiber networks) is a strong advantage
  

  
  

• AutoCAD proficiency required; experience with structural or electrical software tools (e.g.
  

  
  

• RSTAB, Revit, EPLAN) is a plus
  

  
  

• Good communication skills in English (German a plus)
