Description
JOB PURPOSE:
Under direct supervision of DRT Supervisor, support the DRT department for Saudi Aramco Nabors Drilling (“SANAD” or the “Organization” hereof) in the administrative tasks and activities in coordination with TGA and Ministry of Transportation for the timely, accurate and efficient processing of heavy permits, waybill and other documents in accordance with SANAD administrative procedures and regulations related to transportation.
ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Issuing the heavy load permit. Generating the waybill for SANAD trucks. Issuing a Driver permit for HDD. Generate and issuing the operating card for the heavy trucks. Keeping records for all permits, license, MVPI and waybills. Ensure office operations run smoothly and successfully by supporting DRT department activities. Communicate to DRT department any changes in regulatory guidelines and procedures with respect to transportation department and TGA. Working out the Transportation department and TGA portal. Assist employees in the application, registration and renewal for driving licenses. Maintain records of the registration and working out the renewal of the registration and MVPI. Interact with all department drivers regarding permits with the follow up. Resolving issues that might accrue with the weighing station related to heavy permit. Take care of health, safety and environmental impact both personally, and for others who may be affected in the workplace. Cooperate with the Company and co-workers to help everyone meet their legal and company requirements. Adapt to, and participate in, any programs/changes in SANAD including but not limited to strategic initiatives, operational initiatives and performance uplift tasks; conduct any relevant work that may result from these changes as an integral part of this job description and employment contract. Help support the organization in extraordinary events such as claims by contractors, dispute reviews and participation in arbitration. Perform any other activity as required by the company both at the company premises and remotely when requested by the company. Contribute to the execution and delivery of any activities as and when required to ensure the continuity of work in the absence of other colleagues.
Qualifications
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Knowledge and Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Education and Certifications:
High school or higher, with a computer knowledge.
