Aluminum CNC Machine Operator

The Aluminum CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC laser and router machines used in the production of aluminum parts and components. The role demands strong technical knowledge, precision, and the ability to interpret mechanical drawings accurately to ensure high-quality output.

• Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting and router machines for aluminum components.
  

  
  

• Interpret and work from mechanical and technical drawings with precision.
  

  
  

• Set up machines with the appropriate tools, materials, and programs.
  

  
  

• Inspect finished products using measuring instruments like Vernier calipers and measuring tapes to ensure dimensional accuracy.
  

  
  

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines.
  

  
  

• Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
  

  
  

• Adhere to safety and quality standards in all operations.
  

  
  

• Maintain records of production and maintenance activities.
  

  
  

• Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.
  

  
  

• Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt to new CNC technologies and processes.
  

  
  

• Educational Requirement: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
  

  
  

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience operating CNC machines (laser and router types).
  

  
  

• Preferred: Previous experience in Gulf countries will be an added advantage.
  

  
  

• Strong understanding of CNC machine operations and controls.
  

  
  

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and CAD drawings.
  

  
  

• Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments (Vernier calipers, measuring tape, micrometers, etc.).
  

  
  

• Basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
  

  
  

• Proficiency in English with good communication skills.
