Architect Inspector

We are seeking a highly experienced Architect Inspector with a minimum of 2 years of expertise in architectural inspections. The successful candidate, holding a diploma in Architectural Engineering, will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and compliance of architectural construction projects, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of architectural construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.
• Verify that work aligns with local regulations and project requirements.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the integrity of architectural elements and designs.
• Identify and address any deviations from approved plans.
• Create comprehensive inspection reports documenting findings, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of architectural inspections.
• Collaborate with construction teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to facilitate efficient inspections.
• Provide guidance on meeting architectural requirements during project execution.
• Oversee testing and validation procedures for architectural materials and elements.
• Ensure that architectural components meet specified standards and project requirements.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards on construction sites related to architectural activities.
• Identify and address safety hazards associated with architectural construction.
• Communicate inspection results to clients, project teams, and relevant authorities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architect Inspector, with a focus on architectural construction projects.
