Ideate,
curate and create content that is engaging and relevant
Maintain
schools’ websites and social media presence across all digital channels
Plan
marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display
advertising
Measuring
and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns
Run inbound
and re-marketing campaigns and work closely with agency partners to ensure
highly optimised and successful campaigns that achieve the SMART goals
Actively
pitch to publishers for media visibility
Work with
videography, graphic designers, content creators to develop brand assets that
generate brand awareness and build equity
Ensure all
materials are in alignment with EtonHouse brand tone and guidelines
Develop
brand collaterals to enhance brand awareness
Admissions
and Enrolment
Plan and
conduct admission events, open houses, and other events and initiatives to
promote the schools.
Initiate,
develop and publish campaigns for all tactical promotions e.g. open days,
offers, events etc.
Identify
and build partnerships with local organizations that facilitate the achievement
of recruiting goals (i.e., residential compound managers, relocation agents,
consulates, chambers of commerce, and other organizations).
Induct,
train and support Parent Liaison teams to use and optimize the CRM platform
Use and
optimize the marketing automation platform to create successful inbound
marketing and tactical campaign and for informed decision-making using reports
and data analysis.
Conduct
competitor analysis on a regular basis.
Prepare
enrolment reports with an emphasis on performance indicators such as cost per
action/lead, CLTV, conversion rate, and funnel analysis.
Parent
Liaison and Management
Lead the
development of strategies and tools that enhance customer engagement
Support in
the resolution of parents’ feedback and complaints
Manage and
work closely with the Parent Liaison / Admin front line personnel of each
school to ensure that the highest standards of professionalism and customer
care are adhered to at all times.
Lead and
train the Parent Liaison team to nurture and enhance conversions
What are we
looking for
Bachelor
degree in Marketing and Communications from a recognized University.
At least 5
to 6 years of related work experience in a service-oriented industry with a
strong understanding and demonstrated expertise in digital marketing
Strong
fluency of the Arabic language and marketing nuances of the language in Saudi
Arabia
Experience
working in an international school environment would be an added advantage.
Essential
to have prior experience in implementing and executing marketing plans from
inception to execution.
Experience
leading a team is preferred.
