• Develop comprehensive business plans to support the company’s strategic objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and insights for business planning.
• Perform analysis to assess business initiative viability, develop models and forecasts for planning, and monitor and report on financial performance against business plans.
• Analyze KPIs to evaluate business plan effectiveness, identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies, and prepare and present performance reports.
• Support the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensure business plans align with the company's vision and goals, and monitor progress while providing regular updates on strategic initiatives.
• Identify and assess risks associated with business plans and strategic initiatives, develop and implement mitigation strategies, and monitor and report risk status.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams for cohesive business planning, maintain clear communication with stakeholders, and support other business planning activities as needed.
• Carry out any other tasks requested by the direct manager or the superior that are within the limits of the job, provided that this task does not make a fundamental difference in the basic tasks of the job.
