C3 Operations Lead

Job Description

Provide leadership to enable and support the operations of the Command Center as needed. Lead escalations and initiate corrective actions as necessary within a timely manner. Work with relative Teams to ensure accuracy of Command Center content, metrics, dashboards and reporting tools Provide recommendations for decision making and process improvement. Assist and maintain Command, Control, and Communication (C3) systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. Respond to incidents and emergencies promptly and efficiently, coordinating with relevant teams and stakeholders as necessary. Troubleshoot technical issues related to C3 systems and implement solutions in a timely manner.
