Collaborate closely with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and local authorities to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and licenses for construction activities, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.

Essential Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from a Ministry of Education-accredited university.
Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in managing large infrastructure or city development projects, qualifying for a construction manager role.
Expertise in overseeing large-scale international government/semi-government construction sites, with direct involvement in site engineering, project control, environment, health and safety, contract management, and quality management.
Proven track record of implementing accident-free work execution philosophy and promoting a culture of safety and risk mitigation.
Demonstrated success in collaborating with government agencies and facility service providers to achieve project objectives.
Strong commitment to continuous improvement and talent development within the construction industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in English and preferably Arabic.
Preferred global work experience, including previous roles in Saudi Arabia.
