Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition consultancy, is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract management lifecycle, which involves drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts for a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management:
Develop, implement, and review contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Administer contracts, ensuring all parties fulfill their obligations and responsibilities.
Handle contract negotiations and amendments.
Manage Prequalification of EPC Bidders, Perform EPC Market analysis , Manage EPC Bidding, EPC Evaluation and EPC execution phases preferably in Chemical and Phosphorous industries
Identifying and mitigating risks associated with contracts.
Project Oversight:
Monitor progress and ensure it aligns with contractual terms.
Prepare contract specifications, presentations, and documentation.
Contractual and Commercial Support:
Provide contractual and commercial guidance and support to project teams.
Ensure that project deliverables meet contract and client requirements.
Communication:
Serve as the point of contact for all contractual matters.
Develop and manage systems for expediting responses to queries from contractors and project management teams.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
Experience: 15 years plus Total Experience with minimum 5 years of experience in contract management in Chemicals and Phosphorous industry Projects or a related field.
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within a PMC in related industry.
Skills: Strong knowledge of contract forms, contracting methods, and contract administration. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
