Job Overview:


We are seeking a visionary and strategic Creative Director to lead the team in delivering exceptional concepts and designs for events and experiential campaigns. Based in Riyadh, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision of the company, ensuring our events resonate with audiences, align with client goals, and set industry benchmarks.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and articulate creative concepts for events, ensuring alignment with client objectives and target audiences.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative ideas and ensure a collaborative creative process.
  • Oversee the conceptualization, design, and execution of event themes, installations, and campaigns.
  • Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, including designers, copywriters, and other creative specialists.
  • Assign and supervise tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their vision, objectives, and brand identity.
  • Present creative proposals and adjust concepts based on feedback.
  • Ensure creative elements align with event budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in event design, technology, and branding.
  • Strengthen the company's brand identity through innovative and compelling creative strategies.
  • Position the company as a leader in the events management industry in the region.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in creative roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position, preferably in events or experiential marketing.
  • Exceptional creativity with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale events or campaigns that exceed client expectations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or other design software.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in event technology and experiential marketing.
