Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty in the telecommunications industry. Responsibilities:

1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner.
2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing issues.
3. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively to ensure satisfaction.
4. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions.
5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
6. Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality standards.
