Cyber Security Specialist is crucial for managing security in client and partner relationships, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity regulations, and handling security incidents. The role also involves driving security strategy and fostering relationships with regulatory bodies.
JobResponsibilities:
- Own the review process of security-related clauses within agreements with Clients/Partners in dedicated region
- Own the process of helping another client/partner-facing teams by answering the Security questionnaires asked by potential Clients/Partner and assisting the teams in the RFI/RFP process in your dedicated region
- Help client/partner-facing teams to onboard Clients/Partners in your dedicated region based on security recommendations
- Participate in writing of specific client guidelines for secure platform use with the help of other Security teams
- Participate in Third Party Security Audits (TPSA) initiated by Clients/Partners in your dedicated region by collecting evidence and driving meetings
- Participate in external certification audits by collecting evidence and driving meetings
- Provide Security Awareness training for Client/Partner facing teams in your dedicated region
- Follow local and global cybersecurity regulatory requirements and help in overall alignement of Infobip with
- Drive Client/Partner meetings in regard to security topics in your dedicated region
- Inform Clients/Partners about imminent security threats
- Establish relations / rapport with national regulatory bodies and agencies
- Investigate local regulations related to information security
- With the help of HQ drive local regulatory compliance related to information security
- Act as point of contact for all information secuirty issues coming from licents or regulatory agencies
- Coordinate escalation process towards the Clients/Partners after a confirmed data breach or security incident in your dedicated region
- Participate in all regulatory, law enforcement escalation and reporting in case of a security incident affecting Clients/Partners in your dedicated region
- Regularly update the security knowledge base documents
- As part of the Security Governance team, participate in creating overall Infobip's Information Security Programe and Strategy
Requirements:
- Background in Computer Sciences, IT Engineering, IT security or related field preferred (specialization for Client Security is a bonus!)
- Preferrably 5 years of relevant security experience, in a fast-paced international environment
- Information Security Knowledge (e.g., ISO: 27001), or mastery of basic concepts
- Advanced English level, conversational and writing
- Available to work following a hybrid work model per Company policy
- Genuinely curious about how things work, always looking to improve way of work and processes
- Reliable team player that can build positive, lasting relationships with your colleagues
- Self-driven and a naturally curious person
