The Document Controller plays a crucial role in the Catering, Food Service, and Restaurant industry by ensuring that all documentation is accurately managed and maintained. This position involves overseeing the flow of documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and facilitating communication between various departments. The Document Controller is responsible for organizing, tracking, and archiving documents to support operational efficiency and maintain quality standards.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain all company documents, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.Implement and enforce document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations.Coordinate with various departments to gather and verify documentation required for projects.Conduct regular audits of documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.Train staff on document control processes and best practices.Facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for management review.Maintain a secure filing system for both physical and electronic documents.Support project managers by providing necessary documentation and tracking changes.Ensure that all documentation is archived according to company policies and legal requirements.Preferred Candidate:Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.Saudi National with experience in the catering or food service industry is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to document management.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Good command of English and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.Proactive approach to identifying and resolving document-related issues.
